About Me:
I am a published and exhibited doll artist.
Ugly Art Dolls have been displayed in galleries, art shows and in the St. Elizabeth’s Doll Museum; my dolls have also have been featured in print, in magazines such as Bizarre, Lollipop, SPIN,Swag Huffington Post,Etsy’s Keep It Weird blog and Haute Macabre.
They have been seen in the background of almost all major news networks when they interviewed me.

My art dolls have also been photographed in John Santerineross’ photography book, “Dream.” Ugly Art Dolls have also been used as photo props by Kattaryna Breaux, Caleb Storms, The Joker/Razorblade Grin, and Saryn Angel.They have also been seen on ABC,MSNBC,CBS and other major news stations when I was interviewed about my famous painting Squirrel Winkelhimer Smith.

My main inspiration for my art dolls and other art is drawn from imagery captured within my dreams,and my artwork is also influenced by religious,spiritual and occult imagery.

My dolls are what is known as fine art dolls; they are not children’s toys. Some of the subject matter dealt with in my work is very serious, and the dolls are also too delicate to be handled by small children.

As well as a professional doll artist, I’m a established alternative model, modeling extensively for photographers such as Steve Diet Goedde, Lithium Picnic and John Santerineross.

I’m also squirrel momma to the famous painting squirrel Winkelhimer Smith.

Ok I’m open to most art forms or genres.But I GODDAMN HATEEEEE this wannabe ghetto white suburbanite fuck and their shitty hipster hop.OMG they makes me want to throw feces in their fucking mouths. I grew up in the goddamn Louisiana ghetto.And they pick the WORST stereotypes to portray. 2o years ago people would have SHIT their pants because this is such sort of black face shit and also insulting to all people from the hood of all colors by aping our culture.The females are the most insulting by saying stupid shit like “being a slut is empowering” no it’s not you are a semen dumpster and I don’t know what is empowering about that.Don’t get me wrong I actually respect actual sex workers,and at least they get paid to do it*.And somebody explain to me how you being a semen dumpster is empowering a 12 year old girl?And EVERYBODY sings about doing drugs,Hey I’m from the hood and I never did drugs,and most of these ass clowns are trying to appeal to young girls.So it’s empowering to be every stereotype,basically play “poor” aka “ghetto” and take drugs till your ass falls out.I just detest these people.

PCOS & That awful second puberty feeling.

Before I post this I just want people to know for the love of God this isn’t a fishing for folks to tell me how pretty they think I am.I’m posting this because I KNOW OTHER WOMEN FEEL the same way.One thing I hate about being “curvy” and also from gaining weight due to PCOS is that it’s like dealing with a second puberty.Everything seems to “fill out” more as you get older.Which sounds like it would be a good thing but it’s not.It makes me feel like I have gone through puberty all over again,with all the awkwardness and wanting to just throw baggy things over myself to hide it.Sometimes I feel like I don’t know how to dress or how to fit things while sewing anymore.I’m hourglass shaped which would be AWESOME if this was 1950 but it’s not,because of that the measurement between my bust and hips in proportion to my waist is much different.Which again would be cool if this was 1950 or it’s cool for photoshoots but makes me feel awkward in everyday life.For example my bust is a cup size bigger then it was in my early 20’s when I assumed everything “stopped growing”.Being busty and curvy in the first place is bad enough,but when it increases after you ASSUME it’s stopped,again it’s awkward for lack of a better word.It’s hard even getting adjusted to the fact you or body parts occupy more space.I hit puberty around 11 so that was horrifying enough to deal with,but it’s like another round of it.Thankfully I look cranky enough,and I dress modestly enough I don’t have to deal with men or women making comments about my bra size or my shape or weight.But I know it’s there and that annoys me enough.Being a alt model since I was in my early 20’s and knowing that people can also watch as my body changed also gives it that awful second puberty feeling.One assumes you outgrow the feeling of being awkward,but one doesn’t seem to.That is one of the reason I’m so obsessed with what is considered awkward or unattractive,if you embrace it you win.Don’t even get me started on the PCOS crap,it makes your body and hormones change really drastically.You body and hormones so stuff that you can’t help gain weight,hot flashes and various health issues which sometimes makes you feel like you are at war with your body.For example it makes it hard to lose weight no matter how much you diet and work out,hair sprouts in weird places * have to shave my arms people,SHAVE MY FUCKING ARMS!*,I also have to take birth control pills for the female hormones *and I’m damn well not going to take that weird ass mess that makes you have no period*.And when you go off said female hormones to have a period *provided my body is nice enough to let me have one period and not more then one a month* I get to experience the reminder of WHY I take them in the first place hot flashes,awful cramps and just general hormonal freak out.Like I said I talked about this publicly not to get people to kiss up to me,but to let other women out there know they aren’t alone if they are dealing with the same thing.

I keep having this one image in my mind of Bijou after he was dead.My mom yelled for me and when I got up she had his lifeless body in her arms.I picked him up and grabbed a blanket in me and Jim’s room to swaddle his body.My mom went outside to try and make a grave for him and bought him all wrapped up outside.And I think it was when Jim came home to help us.I picked up his body in the blanket and the blanket fell off his little face a little bit.His head was back but I remember his top lip was sort of hanging back because of his head being back.And I could see a little sliver of pink.Pugs have black lips but if you look at the inside of their lips/mouth their mouths are pink.And for some reason I can’t get that image out of my head.It torments me over and over and over.At night if I don’t take a sleeping pill I just see the image over and over in my mind and it upsets me so bad.That and how his little arms were stiff but his little hands were jiggling outside of the blanket as I was walking with him to bring him to Jim.I’d be a total liar if I said that in the past few days I didn’t wish,hope and pray that God would just kill me in my sleep.
